trainer and training manager for companies large and

little or nothing happen. As I said, I was in that same

I took a step back and watched other small business
professionals that had been in business for
themselves for many years. Some had growing,
booming businesses and others were somewhat
successful but remained at the same business stage
for a long time.
But I couldn’t figure out what separated them. Same
events. Same suits. Very similar products. On the
surface, I couldn9t figure out what differentiated them.
I met one man at one event. Same suit. Same
event. Same conversation. And he asked me some
questions. A LOT OF QUESTIONS. But after all, the
questions weren9t exactly the same. This conversation
didn9t feel like all the other ones. And I finally started
to put it all together. I had a feeling that this was a
