Paul Boulis is President of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois which serves more than seven millionBlue Cross and Blue Shield members. As head of Illinois’ largest health insurance company, Mr. Boulisis responsible for all operations including Sales and Marketing, Managed Care Network Operations,Medical Policy, Contracting, Provider Affairs, Government Relations, Public Affairs and Advertising. 

Mr. Boulis joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois in 1984 following ten years with the Blue Cross and BlueShield Association in various positions including management of Medicare Part A, Director of Utilization Review andExecutive Director of Marketing Services. Prior to being named President of the Illinois Plan, he served as a VicePresident and Senior Vice President of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois’ National Division for 17 years, growingthe company’s national and major accounts business to include more than 400 large employer, government and labor customers. 

Michael I. Brady, President, Brady and Associates 

Michael Brady has worked in the world of politics for nearly three decades, serving in state and localelected positions, as the Deputy Mayor of the City of Chicago, on several public and quasi-public boards,on election campaign committees, and as a consultant for private sector clients at the local, state and federal levels of government. 

A bill that Mr. Brady introduced while in the Illinois General Assembly established the state reimbursement program topay for part of home health care costs for senior citizens, enabling them to remain at home and receive necessary medicalsupport rather than requiring them to leave their familiar environment and be placedin nursing homes. 

Currently, Mr. Brady’s professional focus in the private sector has been in the areas of health care, insurance, real estate,technology and engineering.
