About the Speakers:

William J. Holtzinger is currently serving his first term as Mayor of the City of Frederick. Mayor Holtzinger was born in Frederick, MD, and graduated from University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and from the Catholic University of America with a law degree.  He is licensed to practice both engineering and law in Maryland and in Pennsylvania. Mayor Holtzinger has been married to his wife, Pam, for 18 years. They are the proud parents of four children.

Admission fee: Free Admission.

Free Parking: As you enter the parking lot you will be provided with a free parking pass. In case of overflow you wil be asked to go onw block to the parking garage next to the Frederick Public Library.
