Judy Ringer provides conflict and communication skills training throughout the U.S. and Canada with unique workshops based on mind/body principles from the martial art aikido, in which she holds a black belt. The author of Unlikely Teachers: Finding the Hidden Gifts in Daily Conflict, she uses her expertise in several best practice communication models to bring to life key concepts such as self-management under pressure and appreciation of other viewpoints. Judy is founder and chief instructor of Portsmouth Aikido and sole owner of Power & Presence Training, in Portsmouth, NH.  

Ann Driscoll, Ed.D., is an organizational development consultant, trainer, facilitator, and president of Ann Driscoll Training & Development. Ann has been a core faculty member at Antioch New England Graduate School and is the former Director of Program Development for the University of New Hampshire’s Browne Center. Ann has a doctorate in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Her chief aim is to help groups, teams, and organizations enlarge their abilities to be collaborative, inclusive, creative, productive, effective, socially responsible and solution-oriented.
