Room 301

Effective community level problem solving and decision making requires a diverse range of people working collaboratively in groups. Supporting and participating in effective group deliberation is not always easy. Groups can become mired down, lose momentum, or even get entirely off track. This workshop will explore methods for increasing group effectiveness by paying attention to the group process - making occasional observation and asking the right questions  Participants will practice the intermediary skill of asking the why, who what, and how questions of collaborative deliberation.
