About Harriett

Harriett began her professional career at Radio City Music Hall. Though her career as a Rockette was short lived, it was Cecille B. Demille who launched her film career when he cast Harriett as a stuntwoman in The Ten Commandments.

Other film credits include: Love is a Four Letter Word, The Chutzpah Girls, Call Me Madam--Butterfly. Today, Harriett is a personal life coach and lives in Ventnor, N.J.

Other credits: Motivational Speaker, Professional Understudy, Catskill Follies, Playtex “Cross-Your-Heart” model, Karaoke hostess and performer. Harriett is President of The Ventnor, N.J. Woman’s Kaballah Klub. Semi-retired, Harriett lives and has a life coaching practice in Thousand Oaks, CA and spends her summers in her Ventnor, New Jersey home. 

The show has been featured at The Arden Theatre and The Prince Music Theatre in Philadelphia. For his performance as Harriett Levy, Todd Waddington was nominated for a Barrymore Award.

Most recently HARRIETT LEVY - BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND IN MIAMI was the featured show at the Sleepless Night Festival at the famed Colony Theatre Miami Beach.

Written and Performed by Todd Waddington, nominated for a Barrymore Award for his performance in the 1812 Production of Michael Ogborn’s Box Office of The Damned (the musical in which Harriett Levy was created) at the Arden Theatre in Philadelphia.

HARRIETT LEVY draws on inspiration from the diverse worlds of Charles Busch, Charles Pierce, Belle Barth and Dame Edna.

He appeared again at The Arden in Into the Woods and as William Randolph Hearst in Michael Ogborn’s Baby Case. Todd played The Narrator in the Prince Music Theatre’s Philadelphia production of Anyone Can Whistle and Pete in Pete ‘n’ Keeley at Act II Playhouse in Ambler, PA.

Todd won considerably favorable attention when he originated the roles of both Eleanor and Franklin Roosevelt in Tom Wilson Weinberg’s Eleanor and Hick, which played Philadelphia’s Walnut Street Theatre, as well as The John Houseman Theatre in NYC. As Harriett Levy Todd has performed at Miami’s Colony Theater, The Kimmel Center in Philadelphia, The Prince Music Theater, The Chalfonte Hotel in Cape May, Society Hill Playhouse and at Act II…twice!

Todd also has a substantive history performing and producing cabarets in New York and Philadelphia. He is a proud member of Actor’s Equity.

Smith Wordes (Associate Director / Musical Staging) was an Emmy Nominee for Choreography for In Search of Dr. Seuss. Other credits and kudos encompass MTV Award for Best Dance Sequence in a Film, Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion, Michael Jackson's Black or White, Madonna's Blonde Ambition Tour, Truth or Dare assistant director/choreographer, Sheena Easton Live from 1990-2000, Emmy Nominee for assistant choreography The David Copperfield Special, The Wedding Singer, Clueless TV series, Dreamgirls on Broadway, and The Simpsons among many others.

Randy Johnson's (Producer / Director) multifaceted and eclectic career is one of diversity and ranges in scope from concerts, special events, DVDs, theatre and television.

He's worked with such diverse artists as Katharine Hepburn, Audrey Hepburn, Michael Bolton, Sandra Bernhard, Carly Simon, Tammy Wynnette, Lorna Luft, Elvis Presley, Jimmy Stewart, Barbra Streisand, Julie Andrews, Marriane Faithful, Joni Mitchell, Kelly Clarkson and Bette Midler to name a few....

As a theater director / producer / playwright his work has covered the lives of Patsy Cline, Judy Garland, Louis Prima and Keely Smith and the great Conway Twitty. He has directed over 100 musicals in the past 25 years.

His most recent musical Conway Twitty - The Man, The Music, The Legend, which he directed, choreographed and created is now touring performing arts centers across the United States and Canada.

He has worked Off-Broadway, the West End in London, regional theatres in the US and Canada, directed productions on cruise ships, international tours, arenas worldwide, Radio City Music Hall, Carnegie Hall, Royal Albert Hall, The Ryman in Nashville, the Apollo Theatre and Le Sporting Club in Monaco to name a few.

He is a director, choreographer, producer, published author and published playwright.

Randy's productions of Carly Simon's A Moonlight Serenade On The Queen Mary 2 and Elvis Lives - The 25th Anniversary Concert can be seen on PBS and are available on DVD.

He directed Pope Benedict's New York's visit in April 2008.

He produced and directed Commitment To Life for 6 years at the Universal Amphitheatre in Los Angeles raising over 25 million dollars for AIDS Project Los Angeles.

He is a recipient of the Crystal Apple Award for his work with AIDS Project Los Angeles. He was named "Volunteer of the Year" for his work with LA Shanti.

Plans for Harriett Levy include a national theatrical tour and a television special in the near future.

HARRIETT LEVY - BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND runs June 11th through July 19th, 2009. Performances are at the Hudson Guild Theatre at 6539 Santa Monica Blvd. in Hollywood, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 PM, Sundays at 7 PM. Tickets are $19.75. Running time is 90 minutes. Allow time for street parking.
