CLSBA Unity 2009 Conference Exhibitor Registration

Dear Prospective Exhibitor:

I invite you to participate as an exhibitor at the California Latino School Boards Association (CLSBA)
2009 Unity Conference. The conference will be held from August 20-23 at the Sheraton Grand
Sacramento. We’re excited about the program and expect approximately 150 school board
members and educators to attend.

All exhibitors are invited to display their materials during the following dates and times:


Friday, August 21 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.*
Saturday, August 22 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.


* Please note, on Friday we have scheduled an hour (from 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.) of dedicated exhibitors time.

The fees to participate as a conference exhibitor are:

$450 (for one conference registration including all conference meals)
$350 (for one conference registration, no meals)
$200 (for each additional conference registration including all conference meals)
$100 (for each additional conference registration, no meals)

All conference exhibitors will be listed on the conference program and CLSBA web site.
Registration for exhibitors is quick and easy, and can be done electronically on the CLSBA web site
