About The Presenter

Richard Bottner is the Founder and President of Intern Bridge, the nation's leading college-level talent acquisition consulting firm.

He is the author of Total Internship Management: The Employer's Guide to Building the Ultimate Internship Program. Richard founded Intern Bridge in 2005 while attending Babson College. After taking part in two internships, one high-quality position and one terrible experience, and spending much of his time networking with one of the largest human resources associations in the nation, Richard decided to conduct an independent study project to determine internship best practices. The study is what started it all - the National Internship and Co-op Study is now conducted annually on several hundred campuses throughout the United States.

Backed by this proprietary research, Richard has produced a series of workshops, webinars and publications to help employers build effective internship programs.

In 2008, Richard was named to the Business Week list of the Top 25 U.S. Entrepreneurs Under 25, and he was appointed to the Human Capital Institute College Advisory Panel. He also received a citation from Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick for "entrepreneurial excellence."

Richard has been quoted as an internship and generational expert in Human Resources Executive Magazine, CNN Money, Yahoo! Finance, Boston Business Journal, Business Week, Smart Money,, Boston Globe, and more.
