“Setting the Foundation for a Confident Schedule” - Come and learn from the Intel IT MS Project Server Product Manager! Setting up the project schedule the right way prior to tracking is critical to a project's success and will help avoid pitfalls along the way. Spencer Lamoreaux currently works for Intel Corporation as the Product Manager of Microsoft Project Server for the quite large 7,000 employee IT organization. In this role, he oversees proper usage and setup for 700+ projects and programs by monitoring earned value, baseline, and other metrics through various reporting solutions. He is a part of the Program Management Office and has over 10 years in the project management industry at both Intel and Motorola. He has his PMP, PMI-SP, MBA, B.S. in Information Systems, a Master’s certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, and is professionally certified on Microsoft Project and Project Server 2007 (MCTS).
