Business 2.0: Painlessly Use Blogs & New Online Technology to Make Your Business Grow
Lena West

We've all heard about blogs, podcasts and social networks, but most of us don't know how to use these tools strategically to build a successful business. Some of us may have even started blogging, but are unsure of what to do to next.

So, we attend conferences to "brush up" our skills only to realize that although you've learned a bunch of great information, when you returned to the office, real life edged in and innovative ideas somehow ended up taking a back seat.

This interactive workshop will help you nail down the nuts and bolts you need to create your own blogging strategy and formulate a do-able launch plan that works!

During this working session, you will learn:
" How to link social media with your overall business goals
" The six 'slices' of the social media 'pie' and which will work best for your business
" How to fit social media into your already hectic schedule
" How to get the right people on your 'social media bus'
" How to evaluate social media consultants to ensure that you don't pick a lemon
" How to measure, when to measure, and which metrics to use, to track your social media success
