When: Saturday, September 27, 2008. The festival will take place rain or shine.
Time: 12:00 noon – 06:00 PM.
Where: 500 North Tennessee Avenue, War Memorial Park, Martinsburg, WV.
Admission: FREE to the general public.

Exhibitor and Vendor Information: Exibitors and vendors are responsible for own table, chairs and awnings. Exibitors and vendors will be granted access to the War Memorial Park starting at 9:00 am for set up on a first-come basis. Booth must be set up and operational by 11:00 am. Booth and displays must remain intact and may not be dismantled until 6:00 pm with exhibitors and vendors removing all contents and trash from their area.
The festival DOES NOT CARRY INSURANCE to cover for cover exhibitors and vendors' personal property.
If you are selling a product, you must submit the following with your application form:
1. Copy of West Virginia business license; and,
2. Copy of your City of Martinsburg business license.
All sale items must be crafts or packied snacks that are in harmony with the theme of the Festival.
Food vendors must submit the following with their application form:
1. Copy of West Virginia business license;
2. Copy of your City of Martinsburg business license;
3. Copy of current Berkeley County Health Department permit (if you are already in business) or copy of "Application for a Permit to Operate" which must be filed with the Berkeley County Health department 30 days prior to the event or not later than Thursday, August 28, 2008 (the Health Department will attend the vent and after inspection of your food and premises will issue your permit); and,
4. Copy of liability insurance.
