I have felt the frustration of being at networking
events, having pleasant but unproductive conversations,

And all of this was after lots of sales and service
experience in positions such as investment rep, sales
trainer and training manager for companies large and
small... Lots of experience in consultative sales and

networking events to promote myself.

I know lots of other people that are in that same place.

and social events with great expectations, only to see
little or nothing happen.  As I said, I was in that same
place.  And then something changed... 

I changed.  You see...

I took a step back and watched other small business
professionals that had been in business for themselves
for many years.  Some had growing, booming
businesses and others were somewhat successful but
remained at the same business stage for a long time.

But I couldn’t figure out what separated them.  Same
events.  Same suits.  Very similar products.  On the
surface, I couldn9t figure out what differentiated them.

I met one man at one event.  Same suit.  Same
event.  Same conversation.  And he asked me some
questions.  A LOT OF QUESTIONS.  But after all, the
questions weren9t exactly the same.  This conversation
didn9t feel like all the other ones.  And I finally started
to put it all together.  I had a feeling that this was a
person I needed to follow and see what his
experiences were.

And I was right.  HE WAS THE MISSING LINK...

Well, not exactly, but what I learned from him was the
"click" that put it all in place for me.

So I spent the last couple years putting together an
