Welcome to Trade Show 2008! Non-member companies providing goods or services to Florida9s Attractions Industry are welcome to participate in our Trade Show. Florida Attraction Association Allied Members are given preferential registration, placements, and space over non-member suppliers. Non-member suppliers must pay an exhibition fee of $350 along with at least one full, non-member conference registration.
Exhibits will not be assigned until all registration materials are returned with registration fees and annual dues paid. Every attempt will be made to assign exhibit locations as requested, but your selections are not guaranteed. Early registration prior to May 6 will enhance assignment preferences. Exhibit locations will be confirmed by e-mail beginning on May 20.
Exhibit Set Up
The Trade Show is a tabletop exhibit show. Design your display for a 6-foot x 30-inch draped table. You may remove the table from your assigned area; however you are only entitled to a six-foot space. In most cases, the tables are flush against each other on both sides or against a silent auction table. If your exhibit includes a backdrop, please indicate this on the “exhibitor checklist”, and you will most likely be assigned a location against a wall.
Only a sponsored beverage station is allowed in front of the table. Electrical outlets are available. Please indicate on the checklist below if your exhibit requires electricity, internet connection, special audio-visual needs or other special exhibit requirements. Additional fees may apply.
Tradeshow 2008 will be held in the “Florida Ballroom” which is located at the Hyatt Regency Bonaventure Conference Center. See Tradeshow exhibit set-up & breakdown schedule.
Companies which are not members of the Florida Attractions Association may exhibit in the Tradeshow during the conference for an exhibition fee of $350 along with at least one full, non-member conference registration.

Successful Exhibiting - "Best of Show" Award
Use the conference theme, “TAKE FLIGHT INTO THE FUTURE.” Attraction member representatives attending the Welcome Reception will be judges for the Best of Show award which will be presented Thursday morning to the most creative, enthusiastic, and outstanding exhibitor. Make sure your exhibit presentation clearly indicates ways an attraction can utilize your product or service.
