Jason Spivey and James Brightman Speak on Their Classroom Wikis

Join Wikispaces for our April Education Webinar.  We will show you how to create a wiki in your classroom, get started with your wiki, and introduce you to Jason Spivey and James Brightman.

Jason and James both teach high school social studies at the Korea International School in Seoul.  They use their classroom wikis to post assignments, engage students in online projects for different units, encourage peer-review of one another's work, and more.  Come to see how they are actively using wikis in their classrooms.

You can join us in our Elluminate room for the event. The event will be held April 13th at 4pm Pacific Time. Click here to find the time in your corresponding time zone. If you haven't used Elluminate before, head to their support page before the event to make sure your browser settings are correctly configured.

What was Mountain View like in the '70s

I am new to the area and am curious what life was like in Mountain View in the 1970s, 1980s and even earlier. I would love to hear some interesting facts from native Mt. Viewers or long term residents.
