Peace Corps Opportunities Showcased on National Black Aids Awareness Day

Event Details

Tragically over 40 million people worldwide are living with HIV.  You and a guest are invited to learn how you can provide hope and assistance to communities affected by the HIV AIDS pandemic and other health related issues in developing countries.  To learn about the opportunities, attend the event in honor of National Black Aids Awareness Day hosted by returned Peace Corps Honduras volunteer, Samantha Garvin. Sue Ellen Schultz, a nurse practitioner at the Pat Walker Health Center, will also address HIV/AIDS prevention, education, screening and risk factors for students at the University of Arkansas
