Learn the answers under one roof from lenders, realtors, title companies, and housing and credit counselors. Attend Session I for First Time Homebuyers on down payment assistance, FHA and other mortgage products, fair housing and equitable knowledge of the home buying process; or Session II for Home Owners on refinancing, energy efficiency, insurance, weatherizing a home, or programs that can help prevent foreclosure.
