The Birds: Interpersonal Communication for Sales

The Birds is a 1-day training session developed and presented by Tod Novak of The Novak Group. It is an adaptation of the DISC theory, a personality assessment method based on the work of Dr. William Marston, a Harvard-educated psychologist.

While the original DISC theory has been used by the U.S. Department of War and FBI, its complexity prevented it from becoming widely used in the business world.

Tod Novak has distilled the core elements of the DISC theory into a method that is easy to remember and apply to everyday situations.
