Kevin J. Palmer - is a national wealth stratification expert whose financial expertise is deeply rooted in Wall Street. His career history includes senior level positions with Paine Webber/UBS and Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for developing financial roadmaps and budget solutions for billions of dollars in assets resulting in revenue growth and margin expansion.

He currently is the Managing Director for Strategic Management Advisors (SMA), a research think-tank which studies monetary-demographics, investment policy, and socioeconomics.

Palmer is keenly in tune with the financial markets but more astutely how those shifts impact the average American. That information is a result of the proprietary research information produced by his companies. Information which is used to produce knowledge-based tools such as his up coming book, “Pockets of Wealth”, his radio segments called “The Quiet Rich” which have aired on National Public Radio as well as his financial commentary on television news.

Michael D. Austin - Executive Director - SMA- Mergers & Acquisitions. Serial entrepreneur and CEO of ArmorSports Holdings, LLC. He has held key leadership roles in manufacturing and distribution companies in small businesses and Fortune 100 environments. He also has broad industry experience ranging from sports medical products, lightning location and data distribution and aerospace. He transitioned an innovative and unique sports medical product from prototype to production and its entry into the marketplace resulting in injury prevention for thousands of athletes. His leadership rolls have included GM, VP, President and CEO responsibilities in challenging business environments involving start-ups, business turnaround and rapid profitable growth. He is the author of “Motivational Model for Sales Engineers” and has served on the board of directors for domestic and foreign companies.

Jan Knight - an independent research specialist and President of Bancroft Information Services. She provides customized business intelligence and market research to companies and individuals with much of her work helping to shape business plans, marketing strategies and new business development.
