Savvy Supper Series - Sept 17, 2009

Savvy Supper Series
Featuring Rosehall Run Vineyards of Prince Edward County

The Savvy Supper Series showcases Canadian winemakers and their premium wines. This event is a great experience to meet and mingle with the people who are devoted to making premium Canadian wines.

This event features self-taught winemaker and tireless winery owner Dan Sullivan of Rosehall Run Vineyards who will share stories and secrets about his winery, his winemaking techniques and his impressive vineyard.

A full range of Rosehall wines will be paired with the autumn menu of TRIO Restaurant's 'tasting plates' (tapas style) featuring local ingredients. Throughout the evening, Dan - along with TRIO’s executive chef Scott Lucas and Savvy sommeliers - will visit your table and answer any wine or food questions.
