The Business of Leadership and Development

Right Management would like you to join us on July 18th for a senior practitioner forum with Patrick Tse, Cisco’s Senior Manager of Executive Development and Planning. Patrick leads Cisco’s global executive development initiatives which have been recognized as among the worlds best for innovations in experiential learning and for achieving measurable business impact. The lessons learned from Cisco’s experience and research will be used to encourage discussion of:
  • Alignment of leadership acceleration initiatives with business strategy 
  • Impact assessment, metrics and investment feedback
  • Utilization of leadership acceleration initiatives to advance functional and global integration
To enhance the senior practitioner forum, you will have the option of experiencing an assessment tool developed by Cisco for measuring mind-set shifts and subsequent impacts on business outcomes. We will also ask you to come prepared to provide a brief assessment of your organization’s methodology for assessing the impact of leadership development efforts and a description of how you align your organization9s development efforts with business strategies

 The senior practitioner forum is a special invitation event open only to Chief Human Resource Officers and Senior Leadership Development Practitioners.
