A Realtor since 1985, Wayne joined the RE/MAX system as an agent in 1990. Since joining RE/MAX, Wayne has been an agent, team leader, radio show host, broker/owner, trainer, and since 2008, Regional Director of the Mid-States Region. Wayne is well known within the RE/MAX system for his ability to train agents and brokers on the underlying fundamentals of the real estate business, while challenging them to think of their business from a new perspective. As Wayne often says…”There are forces at work in the marketplace. How well you adapt the fundamentals to the market will ultimately determine your success.”

Our Chief Technology Officer David Teefy will share with you the latest innovations within the RE/MAX LeadStreet system. David will delve into the newest products and tools that will deliver business to your door tomorrow and through 2010. This is a do-not-miss workshop for those of you who are looking to increase your business for the rest of this year and into the future.
David Teefy has been the Chief Technology Officer for RE/MAX Mid-States and Dixie Regions since 2005. David has been involved with real estate technology since the mid 1990s when he was co-founder of Comstock Net Services. One of the early developers of websites and products for RE/MAX associates in North America, his company grew to over 21,000 real estate clients when it was sold to Fidelity National Information Services (FNIS) real estate division in 2001. Since that time, he has consulted with several companies and Associations regarding technology for the real estate industry. In 2002, David joined the Reliance Network to develop new products for RE/MAX of New Jersey and worked extremely close with their team. In the fall of 2002, he helped launch the early form of “LeadStreet” to RE/MAX Northern Illinois. After a short tenure with Prudential Georgia as their ecommerce and networking specialist, David found his true calling and became part of the RE/MAX Mid-States and Dixie family.
