Forum on Rehabilitation and Sustainability in British Columbia


To raise the profile of rehabilitation as a component of sustainability, by engaging leaders in the field in a forum that shares ideas and aspirations, and fosters opportunities for collaboration in a political climate that is supportive of transformational change

To convene organizations with the ability to transform the built environment and organizations who manage the built environment at a time of environmental crisis

To examine the current state of the province for heritage and green buildings and sustainable communities in British Columbia in an effort to contribute to the green building and heritage/existing building initiatives (e.g. LEED for Existing Buildings, BOMA Go Green, Standards and Guidelines for the Conservation of Historic Places in Canada, Living Building Challenge)
