 The Federal Government's Fair Work Bill represents a major overhaul of Australia's workplace laws.

The changes to be rolled out from 1 July 2009 are broad. Every Australian business needs to evaluate the implications in the context of their own business operations.

With the legislative changes set against a backdrop of economic challenge, employers will see sweeping changes to the way businesses source and manage labour, altering the face of the Australian workplace.  This session will provide a comprehensive insight into the changes, highlighting critical implications for businesses and actions that need to be considered.
