Jason W. Womack, M.Ed., M.A.   Cofounder and CEO, The Womack Company

After graduating from the University of California earning a double-major in Spanish Literature and US History, earned Master's Degrees in Education and Psychology. For over 5 years he held four secondary teaching credentials in the state of California. He was a varsity level coach, mentor teacher and an assessment advisor with the Ojai Unified School District. During this time he implemented assessment programs and learner-centric learning portfolios. Since 1994, Jason has studied the effects of focusing on interactive/team productivity and achieving personal goals.
