November Program: Multigenerational learning presented by Beth Henry

Professional organizational training and development is a major investment in time, money and people so training should “stick” to all participants regardless of their age. Expert trainers develop programs that capitalize on knowing the unique learning styles of different age groups and the strengths of each participant. At the end of this session you will:

ü  Frame the four generations in terms of reference, traits and values

ü  Identify generational learning differences and the implications for program design and delivery

ü  Discuss generational hotspots

ü  Have FUN!

Parking instructions:

  • From Bennett Street, enter in the 2nd parking lot entrance (back of building)
  • Park near the green Empire State College awning
  • Go to room 310 (straight through the Rotunda lounge on the left)
