MuscleMommies Fitcamp is an hour long challenging and fun workout for new Moms and Dads wanting to get back in tip top shape. Lose the Rest of the Baby Weight (and sympathy weight)  , Increase your energy, your endurance and feel great!  This Class if for Moms, Dads and Babies!!!

New Classes beginning September 28, 2009 at various outdoor locations on in North San Antonio.

9:30 a.m to 10:30 a.m.  M, W, F

8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Saturday

Program Options

Boot Camp - 4 Sessions (1 per week) - $100

Boot Camp - 8 Sessions (2 per week) - $175

Boot Camp - 12 Sessions (3 per week)- $225

Nutrition Evaluation (Nutritionist Consultation & 3 month Meal Plan) - $299.00

Punch Cards will be issued at your first class

Each Participant must bring the following:  3 to 5 pound small hand weights,  water bottle, Ruggedized stroller, baby bag (of course! lol) dress accordingly for outdoor training.  Good Crosstraining Shoes a Must   All Exercises will be modified based on the fitness level of each participant. Upon sign up, we will email a liability form to you.  Please complete this form and return to your first class. 

We will notify via text or email if  there is a cancellation in classes due to inclement weather or other circumstances.
