5 Steps to Keep your customers and get more sales ....

In the current economic climate it's become even more important for businesses to keep their existing customers and at the same time win new business. As a business owner myself, I know how challenging it can be to achieve this. What always surprises me though, is the number of businesses that are missing out on important opportunities through fear of using the phone - or poor use of it! As a result of not being competent and confident  in using the phone they lose existing customers and fail to get new ones.

With this in mind , I've been working on developing a one day telephone skills workshop that will help individuals who attend to improve sales opportunities, customer retention and customer relationships.
