Darnell & Company Grand Prix benefiting Langley Community Services Society

Darnell and Company JumpThe 3rd Annual Darnell & Company Grand Prix at Thunderbird Show Park supports the work of LCSS and is a glorious gala evening of entertainment held in the fabulous surrounds of the VIP Ringside Marquee.  The beautiful grounds of Thunderbird Show Park provide the setting for the elegant white tent that will host guests for an evening of the very best equestrian competitors from around the world.  Generous donations and sponsorship of the championship purse from Darnell & Company Lawyers and Thunderbird ensures all proceeds of the event are channeled back into LCSS.

Dining at LCSS Grand PrixThe Darnell & Company Grand Prix will be held on Friday, August 14th, 2009 and form part of the Fort Langley Summer Horse Show at Thunderbird Show Park, an integral part of their summer tournament season.  In addition to watching top class equestrian riders from around the world competing for the title, you will be treated to a delicious meal and entertained by live musical talent.  A Silent Auction will have guests marveling at the array of wonderful prizes to bid on, and LCSS staff, volunteers and board members will be on hand to share how your contribution will impact the local community.  LCSS provides a variety of services to families including children, youth, adults and seniors.  This year the focus of support will be youth health promotion.  A portion of the proceeds donated to LCSS will support youth-focused wellness and alcohol and drug prevention programs.

Proceeds are donated to Langley Community Services Society, whose mission is to help people in the Langley Community to enhance the quality of their lives.  Your support will enable LCSS to continue their youth-focused alcohol and drug prevention programs and help to combat the drug-related crime and gang violence currently sweeping the Lower Mainland, thereby enhancing the quality of life of the whole community.

Thank you for supporting the Langley Community Services Society, and we look forward to seeing you at the event.
