Lean Construction creates 3 opportunities for improvement in project and organizational performance;

  1. Improving coordination
  2. Designing Production System
  3. Shift from cost control to investing for improvement

People attending this seminar will understand the foundation, nature of these opportunities, and what it takes to realize them.This session is a must for people and companies considering or adopting Lean Construction. Registrants will be asked to read three articles and to provide a list of particular questions or concerns to the instructors prior to the seminar.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: People responsible for and interested in the management and improvement of work in design and construction: managers within organizations who are sponsors, managers or project team members; designers suppliers, and organizations in the construction-related industry that support design and construction activities.

MEETING TIME: Meetings begin each day at 8:00 AM and conclude at 5:00 PM on Thursday and around 3:00 pm on Friday.



Hilton room rate for a sleeping room is $159.00 single/double plus tax.

DRESS GUIDELINES: Dress for the seminar is business casual and autumn comfortable. slacks, sport shirts, windbraker in case meeting room get cold.

WHAT IS INCLUDED: All seminar materials and handouts, Continental Breakfast, Lunch and Breaks each day.

"Dutch" Treat Dinner: For those who arrive by 6:30 pm on Wednesday, March 6th, we welcome you to meet in the Hilton Hotel Lobby for a "Dutch" Treat Dinner. We will select a restaurant nearby for some local color and fun.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds requested less than 2 weeks before meeting are subject to $100 penalty.

PARKING: available on site - The Parking cost for the hotel is $25.00 per day.


Van Service: If you would provide names and flight information our valet service would be happy to arrange car service via SUV’s.  Each car can accommodate up to 6 guests and costs approximately $60-$70 per vehicle.

Super Shuttle:  1 800-258-3826 - outside baggage claim - The cost is $19.00 per person.  Guest can use the service from the airport and then arrange a pick-up time from the hotel bell staff back to the airport. Allow 2 1/2 hour prior to flight time to return to the airport.

Taxi service is $46.25 one way for guests
