Frequently Asked Questions:
Is there a cost?
Kids in the Kitchen cooking classes are offered FREE for kids in the community. Donations are accepted and greatly appreciated.
What ages are invited to participate?
Kids of all ages are welcome, from toddlers to teens, though the classes are geared toward the middle ages. Students 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Can parents come?
Absolutely! Kids in the Kitchen cooking classes are a great family activity. Just remember: Parents have to reserve a spot, too!
How do I Register?
Reserve a ticket by following the instructions on this site. At the class, small groups will sit at tables and share the task of creating various dishes, following the directions of the instructor. Each table will have between 4 and 6 people. Reserve a table if your group has 4 or more people. This way, you can all stay together. Reserve individual tickets if your group has 3 or fewer people. You will still work together, though you may be seated with others.
Do I need to bring anything?
If you have aprons, they might come in handy, though they aren't required. In addition, if your family would like to take home any leftovers, bring a container to put them in. Otherwise, all you need to bring is an appetite!
If you have additional questions, contact Miss Dotson at (419) 706-7411 or use the link below.
