Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.
Janice Day is represented by Blake Friedmann Literary, TV and Film Agency. Her book GETTING IT OFF MY CHEST is coming out in July 2009 and following a bidding war between three national newspapers, serialisation rights have been sold to the Daily Mail. She is co-writing romcoms for German television with a writer who has had 17 films produced in Germany, co-writing a situation comedy with Raymond Allen, the writer of ‘Some Mothers Do ‘Ave ‘Em’ and has two other feature film commissions on the go right now.
Only a lucky few have so much talent that the world knocks on their door with a contract in one hand and a pen in the other. The rest of us have to make our own opportunities. We can work hard to add craft skills and experience to whatever God gave us, but the other vital ingredient for success is networking. For most of us, it’s a case of network or not work.
So how is that working for you?
Are you too shy to open your mouth? Are the opportunities passing you by while other people with less talent, skill and experience are succeeding? Or are you the opposite: a busy networking bee, buzzing away from dawn till dusk and getting slowly nowhere? Is it your breath? Is it your deodorant? Is it you?
Why is your networking not-working?
I can help you with that. I networked hard to land my agent and have continued networking ever since. Try and stop me! I now have more contacts than I could ever possibly need to be successful in my field and it’s paying off with more and more commissions. All I need now is ability; productivity, focus, craft skills, experience… help!!
But you are a different story. If you’ll let me, I can add my networking secrets to your natural and acquired ability and you will rocket to the top; or at least skip happily off on the road to success and never look back. In fact, I’m so confident that I can improve your networking skills that if you are not satisfied at the end of the course, I will happily refund your money.
Feedback on the course…
“Thanks for a great course and not what I expected. I managed to
put the ideas we discussed into practice at an event last night and had
a great night, without the usual morning-after slight self-reproach of
‘Why did I / did I not say that?’. You should market this as the hints
and tips of effective networking with added self-revelation! It was a
long way to come from Lancashire on a hot Sunday but well worth it.
Excellent. This course will pay for itself.”

“Thanks for your workshop, Janice – you gave me lots to think
about, and I think your attitude to getting on and being proactive is
