The menu is as follows:

  • BBQ Chicken
  • Three Way Hobo Beans

How are tickets being sold? Tickets for this event are PRE-SALE ONLY.  If you know of anyone else interested in attending the event please have them call our office as soon as possible to put in their request.  These tickets are going very fast, and once we reach our limit we will have no choice but to turn people away until next year’s event.  As much as we would like to accommodate everyone, our space is limited!

Does this benefit any local cancer patients?  If yes, which hospital? All proceeds will go directly to Coaches vs. Cancer, which is a program of the American Cancer Society.  Visit the Coaches vs. Cancer website.

The American Cancer Society combines an unyielding passion with nearly a century of experience to save lives and end suffering from cancer. As a global grassroots force of more than three million volunteers, we fight for every birthday threatened by every cancer in every community. We save lives by helping people stay well by preventing cancer or detecting it early; helping people get well by being there for them during and after a cancer diagnosis; by finding cures through investment in groundbreaking discovery; and by fighting back by rallying lawmakers to pass laws to defeat cancer and by rallying communities worldwide to join the fight. As the nation’s largest non-governmental investor in cancer research, contributing about $3.4 billion, we turn what we know about cancer into what we do. As a result, more than 11 million people in America who have had cancer and countless more who have avoided it will be celebrating birthdays this year. To learn more about us or to get help, call us anytime, day or night, at 1-800-227-2345 or visit

What forms of payment are acceptable?  We are accepting cash, checks and credit cards. We ask that all checks be made payable to the American Cancer Society.  However, payment for silent auction items at the event can be made by credit card.

I’d like to help - what else can I do?  We want you to know how much your ticket purchase is helping this cause, and this is greatly appreciated.  We have had several requests from people asking what else they can do.  Various ways for you to participate are below.
