Eat Right, Exercise and Organize For a Healthier You

If you struggle with losing weight, finding time to workout, or being tempted with the wrong foods,

"Eat Right, Exercise and Organize For a Healthier You"

may be just what you are looking for.

You feel like you've tried everything to lose weight.  You start a weight loss program, and again, it fails.  It's always something that happens.  You try to eat healthy, but:

  • You aren't sure what to eat
  • With the kids keeping you busy, you only have time to drive-thru
  • Even when you eat right, it gets SO BORING!
  • You can't find healthy snacks that will keep up with your busy lifestyle

You may even try to exercise, but that just doesn't seem to last either.  Maybe you:

  • Had to recently cancel your gym membership, but it's too hot to go outside
  • Don't have a full gym at home to workout
  • Aren't sure what types of exercises you can do at home
  • Get tired of doing the same exercises over and over
  • Are sick and tired of watching the same fitness videos over and over again

And trying to eat right at home seems impossible.  You started trying to eat healthy, but are inundated with the food your husband and kids eat.  No matter how hard you try to eat healthy, you are constantly tempted.  What if you knew how to:

  • Organize your kitchen in a way that you won't see all of the temptations
  • Make multiple meals and healthy snacks easily so they are as convenient as those 100 calorie packs
  • Store things so that you could save space and de-clutter your kitchen

On Monday, September 21th at Villagio Town Center, this seminar will feature the top experts in nutrition, organizing, and fitness in the Houston/Katy area.  You will come away with valuable ideas to re-organize your life, re-structure your nutrition plan, and re-design your workouts in a way that will produce results.  Space is limited, so register today.
