Chicago Non-Profit Quarterly Mixer

Join the Chicago Non-Profit community at our next quarterly mixer on Feb. 25 from 5:30pm - 7:30pm at the Metropolitan Club on the 67th floor of the Sears Tower.

Chicago Non-Profit Mixers usually generate over 100 individuals and have featured philanthropists such as 2007 Chicagoan of the Year Kathleen Casey, founder and Executive Director of Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation, the President of the American Lung Association Harold Wimmer, and other high-level, influential philanthropic leaders from Chicagoland and the Midwest in the past. We hope that these mixers provide greater awareness to these amazing individuals and their benevolent causes.

Our next mixer promises to continue this as we will be honored to have Bob Muzikowski, founder of Chicago Hope Academy, as our keynote speaker.  Bob started the Near North Little League in Chicago’s Cabrini Green neighborhood in 1990 and was awarded the Point of Light Award from President Bush in 1992.  This story was poorly portrayed in the 2000 movie “Hardball” starring Keanu Reeves.  In 2001, Bob started the Near West Little League, just west of Chicago’s Medical District, and founded Chicago Hope Academy in 2004. Chicago Hope Academy has been receiving numerous accolades for the success of its students and it’s influence on the surrounding community and the lives of the families involved with the school. There cannot be enough great things shared about Bob and his story.  You will not want to miss a chance to hear Bob and his truly inspirational story.

The ticket price includes appetizers and wine for two hoursIf you area already a "CNP Socialite" member, you will save $10 off the regular price.  If you haven't yet become a "Socialite" but would like to, we are offering a combined Mixer and "Socialite" ticket for $55 ($10 off the normal price for both).

1/2 of all proceeds will be donated to Chicago Hope Academy.  Tickets will be more expensive at the door.
