The CFO Roundtable has assembled an outstanding panel of experts and practitioners to provide an overview of the alternate sources of capital.  This session will focus on the unprecedented liquidity crunch (included a dearth of IPO’s AND follow-on venture investments) over the last year and the challenges faced by financial executives in order to provided new capital to grow their company.


Learning objectives:

  • Understand the various alternative financing sources that are available and be ascertain which are applicable to their company at its specific stage in life.
  • Evaluate the costs to the company, both in cash and/or equity dilution.
  • Compare advantages and disadvantages of the various forms of alternate financing options.
  • Understand the various terms and conditions used in these different alternatives, as well as the different documentation processes used and the different reporting requirements of the alternate sources.
  • Learn how their contemporaries evaluated the options available and why they decided to undertake the financing they did.
