Session Details:

  • Each day includes two nutrition breaks and a lunch.
  • Sessions go from 9am-12.15pm and 1.30pm-4.45pm. 
  • Participants get a binder with articles, worksheets and PowerPoint slides.
  • Sessions will be interactive with cases, videos, excercises and discussion.

Seminar Instructor:

Seminars will be conducted by Dr.  Ramesh Venkat, Founder and President of CeQuotia.   Ramesh Venkat has a Ph.D. in Marketing from The University of British Columbia. Ramesh Venkat is an Associate Professor of Marketing and previously Associate Dean at the Sobey School of Business.

Ramesh Venkat has over 15 years of experience in teaching to and coaching executives.  He is the author of numerous articles in scholarly publications on customer satisfaction, customer experience and branding.  He is the author of a leading textbook on Internet marketing published by McGraw-Hill and is currently writing a book on customer experience and branding.  


  • Participants will receive a certificate and 1.2 CEUs (Continuing Education Units).
  • If a seminar is cancelled, 100% of the fees will be refunded.
  • If a participant wishes to cancel a registration, the fees are refunded on a sliding scale:
    • Cancellation 7 days before the start of the event - 100% refund
    • Cancellation 2-6 days before the event - 90% refund
    • Cancellation 1 day before the event - 80% refund
    • There is no refund after the event starts.
  • Substitution is allowed, including on the day of the event.
